A perfume house created in 1923 by Blanche Arvoy, a colorful personality of the “twenties” Paris.
In the 30s, Jovoy is known to sell perfumes at the Rue de la Paix shop. The fragrances were composed to be extremly opulent with evocative names such as: L’Heure Romantique, Gardez-Moi, and L’Ardente Nuit.
Jovoy continued to release new fragrances through 1961.
In 2012 Francois Hénin resurrected the House with the debut of a new range of Eau de Parfums and the largest independent store of artistic perfumery in France located near Place Vendome in Paris.
